Nikeforos Argeropoulos
Nikeforos is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Real Estate BBA program pursuing a career in real estate law. He has previous political, sales, paralegal, and non-profit management experience, and is focused on combining his passions for real estate, business and the law to provide legal services to businesses in the Chicago metro area.
Leonidas L. Bezanis
Leonidas is an attorney who focuses his practice in Family Law and Litigation. Leonidas earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he was admitted with a scholarship for his academic achievements. Prior to his admission to the Illinois Bar, Leonidas clerked for the Felony Trial Division of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Stefanos Bezanis
Stefanos is an Analyst at Ryan Specialty Group, where he specializes in Product Management on a digital insurance platform. He is also an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. He received his Bachelors in Economics from the University of Illinois in 2014.
Megan Economides
Megan is the Associate Director Of Global Initiatives at Vital Proteins. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico, where she was also a Division I athlete. She is the author of two published articles, the first being in the Chemistry of Materials studying the effects of additives in silicate derived matrices and gene expression while the other was in the Journal of Sport and Social Issues focusing on women in the sport of Crossfit. A life long athlete and competitor, Megan, has always been looking for something to physically and mentally challenge her.
Christos Economou
Christos is a research scientist in the Centralized Medicinal Chemistry department at Abbvie, where he focuses on the discovery and development of novel drugs to combat the diseases of aging. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Yale, where he conducted doctoral research on the chemical synthesis of natural products derived from fungi and marine sponges and received a PhD in Organic Chemistry. Outside work, he enjoys reading and travelling, and is involved in local ecological restoration efforts with the North Branch Restoration Project at the Forest Preserves of Cook County.
Eleni Eliopoulos
Eleni is a J.D. candidate at UIC John Marshall Law School. Prior to starting law school, Eleni attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. She has interned at the State’s Attorney’s Office, the Circuit Court of Cook County, and is currently working as an extern at Life Span, a legal clinic helping victims of domestic violence.
Athanasia Giannetos
Athanasia is the Program Coordinator for the Global AuditOps team in Global Safety Support at Uber. Also, at Uber, Athanasia founded and captains the Chicago Green Team, an employee interest group that aims to cultivate a sustainable workplace environment. Additionally, Athanasia works in the Chicago theatre community in both Directing and Dramaturgy. Athanasia is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an alumnus of Mystic-Williams: The Maritime Studies Program of Mystic Seaport Museum and Williams College.
Jason Kourkouvis
Jason is a mechanical engineer at IMEG Corp. in Chicago, where he designs mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial buildings. Jason received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Loukas Kalliantasis
Loukas Kalliantasis currently serves as a criminal prosecutor for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and is dedicated to the administration of justice. After earning his bachelor's degree in philosophy and psychology, Loukas earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where he also works as an adjunct professor in their advocacy department.
George Kourkouvis
George is a Project Manager at Athens Construction, where he has been involved in numerous high end residential projects as well as real estate development projects. He holds a BA in Business Management from DePaul University.
Basile Manikas
Basile Manikas is an associate at Andersen, specializing in State and Local tax related issues, planning, state controversies for corporations and partnerships. He earned his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and B.S. in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. He is currently finishing up his MBA from Loyola Quinlan School of Business.
Xenia Mastropetrou
Xenia is a Digital Innovation Manager at Ecolab, where she develops digital programs that help large industrial facilities reduce, reuse and recycle water. She holds an MBA degree from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and BSc in Operations Research (Industrial Engineering) from the Athens University of Economics and Business and the Norwegian School of Economics.
Alexis Nash
Alexis is the associate director of social media at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she amplifies global brand reach and fosters relationships with key audiences. She graduated from Indiana University in 2015.
Eliana Polimeni
Eliana is a PhD student at the Kellogg School of Management in Management and Organizations. She researches judgment, decision-making, and motivation in organizational contexts. Eliana holds a BA from the University of Chicago in Psychology and worked in consulting before pursuing her graduate degree.
Alexandra Prodromou
Alexandra currently works as the Head of Blockchain and Digital Currency Strategy for Discover Financial Services. She has worked in the cryptocurrency/blockchain space since 2015, including with the State of Illinois where she was one of the primary initiators of the Illinois Blockchain Initiative, and for nearly four years at DeFi and blockchain infrastructure leader, Bloq Inc. She also leads the Chicago Blockchain Center, a non-profit focused on convening the blockchain community in IL and bridging educational gaps for students and professionals alike. Alexandra Prodromos received her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science from Pepperdine University, and her Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Northwestern University.
Anastasia Sotiropoulos
Anastasia is a debt finance attorney and a member of the Financial Services Group at Holland & Knight LLP, where she focuses her practice on the representation of lenders (banks and private debt funds), agents and borrowers in senior secured credit facilities, first and second lien facilities, and broadly syndicated credit facilities. Anastasia graduated from DePaul University College of Law with the highest honors and received her undergraduate degree in management from Illinois State University.
Dimitra Spandonidis
Dimitra is a financial advisor at Edward Jones, where she partners with clients to create unique investment strategies geared toward their long-term goals, such as retirement and education savings. Dimitra received her bachelors degree as well as her Masters degree in Finance from the University of Dayton.
George Theotakos
George currently serves as a Consultant for Executive Search at Koya Leadership Partners, where he helps to identify, place, and support talented leaders in local communities and around the world. Previously George was a part of the Program and Curriculum team at Leadership Greater Chicago, an organization that invests in in cross-sector collaboration in Chicago by developing local leaders around the issues of civic and social engagement. A persistent advocate in the field of critical organizational change, George has spent over half a decade studying education, and education policy. He earned his master’s degree from Western Illinois University and graduated with a bachelor’s from Saint Louis University.
Dimitri Tsiribas
Dimitri is a Commercial Real Estate Broker within the Tenant Representation group at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Dimitri focuses on representing and advising businesses in Chicago on their various real estate needs. Dimitri has been with JLL since graduating from the University of Dayton in 2014 with a BS in Finance.
George Vinihakis
As Staff Counsel at Amer Sports, whose portfolio includes Wilson Sporting Goods, Salomon, and Arc'Teryx, George's responsibilities have a great deal of breadth; from drafting and negotiating endorsement and licensing contracts (including MLB, NFL, NCAA, Disney) to advising internal stakeholders on all legal matters (such as marketing, IP, R&D). He is a graduate of Wabash College and DePaul Law.
